Goals and Objectives

A: The Guelph Rowing Club will develop innovative and exciting programs that focus on the individual team development of recreational rowers in addition to high school, university and competitive rowing based on the availability of adequate and safe equipment and professional coaching.

B: The Guelph Rowing Club will develop an effective organizational structure to include a communication strategy and a fund raising plan.
